Terminal Building- Install new 20,000 square foot foundation for terminal building including piers, beams and slab. Terminal building paving- Installation of 45,000 square foot parking lot.

Kessler West- Dallas, Texas (subdivision)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION


Excavation and concrete work to build subdivision on West Davis Street, Dallas, Texas. Work included the export of 350 trailer loads of rock and import of 500 trailer loads of select fill materials to build and bench building lots. New road paving and approaches, with 311T City of Dallas Public Works construction.

29 Acres – Housing Community for Adults with Autism

PROJECT DESCRIPTION


Demolition work for existing site, Site work and concrete construction for a new Autism residential center in Cross roads, Texas. Work including site excavation for approximately 25 acres, with post tension foundation construction for 8 new multi-family homes and duplexes, new road construction and parking lot. In addition a community center foundation and approximately 9,000 square feet of colored and stamped concrete

Spanish House School – Dallas, Texas

PROJECT DESCRIPTION


Site work and concrete construction for new school construction. Site work included removal of 30,000 square feet of paving, 14,000 square feet of moisture conditioning to a depth of 8’, site preparation for paving. Foundation included a 12,000 square foot foundation with elevator shaft. Paving included parking lot, sidewalks and approaches. 311T constriction including ADA ramps, approaches and Right of Way (R.O.W.) walks.
